What wall colour would go well with a dark blue carpet? Its for a teenage girls bedroom! :)?

I live in an old house (so can't be really dark/modern) and its 4 my bedroom and am a teenage girl. And we can't change the carpet! The carpet is a really dark blue and it has to be paint, not wallpaper because our walls aren't flat and straight! thanks xxxWhat wall colour would go well with a dark blue carpet? Lilac or lavender shades are girly , but harmonious, when teamed with dark blue , so very suitable for a young girl's room . You can add little touches of glamour , like cushions , bead curtains , lamps , etc and give it the 'Wow' factor
A modern light grey. Could you not paper one of the walls?

Aside from white, you could try pale gold or silver. If you add a rug to incorporate the other colours, it would lighten the room up a bit too.

Light blue would look nice, or white.
