My daughter is a young expat teenager in Singapore and she's trying to find some sort of part time/casual work to fund her shoe fetish! She's tried babysitting but as most people have maids it doesn't really work. Does anyone have any idea of somewhere that could possibly hire her? She is only available on weekends and holidays. Jobs shunned by Singaporeans are plentiful, try retail assistants, take a walk down the heartlands and Orchard Road, you will see advertisements on their shop fronts hiring shop assistants. They don't advertise on the papers. So make an effort to find them instead.

during her holidays, she can register herself with a temp job agency. they may be able to place her into some part-time jobs.
