I suppose she could write anything she wants about dating as long as it doesn't violate community standards.
However, if you are talking about someone of legal age dating a minor; he/she would be really, really stupid to do so because it only takes the minor getting angry and yelling ';rape'; for him/her to get on a Sex Offender List for life and possibly go to prison.
If someone who is 16 or younger is dating someone 18 or older it is fine. But you cannot have intercourse or anything of that nature or the 18 year old can get arrested and can go to jail.
There are also other rules but it is different for every state.
Its up to the parents discretion at what age they will let their teen start dating and set the rules of how old the boyfriend/girlfriend can be. The only thing that would result in a huge problem will be if they have sex.
i think that you have to be 16 to date someeon who is 18 other wise its illegal. but im sure it would be fine if yer parents gave you the ohkay.
It is always legal for a minor to date someone. However, having sex is another issue. Those laws will depend on your state.
