defintley look in target...they got this new line in a little bit ago and they have alot of dresses....i actually just bough a really cute grey one a little bit ago. and they're not expensive at all!

DEBS.. it has cheap prices and all types of dresses.. homecoming, prom, everyday, and many colors. its the best
you could try tj maxx and stuff, but that's pretty hit-or-miss. you could try jc penney and macys too, but they're more expesive, but they have tons and tons of sale racks.
