depends...is the girl in the public domain like Miley Cyrus or some other celebrity under 18? If yes, then comment away--as long as it isn't vulgar it's probably fine





Is the girl a daughter of a friend or some random person walking through the mall? Then it gets to be a little creepy if the comments are sexual in nature. If he says something like ';Hey, she looks a lot like Joe's daughter with that haircut'; or something, no big deal.

uhhh yeah, it's disgusting. They have no business being involved with teenage girls period. I've seen older men turn around and completely stare at young girls' bums, and I give them the scorn of a life time!!!! Teenagers shouldn't be seen as sexual objects. I'm 20 now, and I'm still grossed out if an older guy checks me out. There's a difference between admiring and complete fantasizing/gawking. Yick..*quiver*
i think it is very inappropriate, and all these young girls in porn and the porn industry, it is just insane.... but it is the way it is, just surround yourself around people who does not make it there way of life... that is why young girls have low self esteems and such, it is sad
If you're talking about an 18-19 year old it's certainly normal to notice but they don't have to comment. If you're talking about a 14 year old, it's inappropriate, not to mention creepy.
