Im a 6'2';, 196 lb, 19 year old male. I want to lose 15 lb to get down to 12% body fat. Im considerably active already- Im on a crew team and I run occasionally, so I feel like my food intake is the problem.
Is there a diet plan anyone can give me? Im looking for something a little more detailed than ';fewer calories';What's the best kind of diet for a teenage guy?
the secret to losing weight is simple. lets say you eat 1500 calories a day. if you eat 3 meals a day 500 calories each, you might be hungry at some point then ur body wont lose weight. if you eat 10 times a day, but stay under 1500 calories, u will lose weight, cause ur mind thinks its eating all the time and ur body wont put up a block, like it would if it thinks its hungry. you could eat all the fruit and veggies you want in a day and lose a lot of weight. just eat as many meals as you can, but stay under 1500 for the day, and keep exercising.What's the best kind of diet for a teenage guy?
ok so since your still a TEEN!
You need alot of food and calorie intake!
And if your really serious about getting your percentage body fat to a certain percentage!
You need to do tons of areobic excersises and cardio which will use all of your unused calories in your body(fat)
you need at least 45 min. of a long term period areobic excersize
for ex. running long distance jump roping for a certain amount of time!
but remeber this, you need to go in the same pace for a certain period of time for your body to use tons of body fat! In about a month or so you will see AMAZING RESULTS and you have to trust me on this!
