Id say a gift card to whatever store you know she likes. If not that I personally could never get enough make-up ( bare mineral starter kit maybe), purses, Victoria secret pink clothes or a new flat iron? Just get something you know that even if she has it-its something she'd end up needing again. money always seems to work wonders.
If she has EVERYTHING - why does she need more stuff? Why dont you take her to target or something, buy a bunch of nice little gifts and then take her to a womens shelter or some place with kids and let her hand them out. Christmas isnt about how much stuff one can accumulate. Teaching her to help others can help her in the long run. And, if she does it then you can take her to the mall or wherever she likes to go and tell her she can pick out something that SHE really wants.

more clothes and shoes you can never have to many of those things. mabey a pet like a cat or a dog. a gift card to the mall. also i dont no if ur into these things but a shoping spree with ur mom at a make up store like sepora or ulta. and if you like bath stuff great stores are the body shop and bath and body works!!!!!
