What are the chances of an Asian teenage actor to make it in Hollywood?

I am a 13 year old Asian girl who was adopted so is not really connected to china at all


I take acting classes And love it and I'm pretty good


and would love to try making it on some tv and film


any ideas?


but it seems to be harder for Asians to appear in things because most ';tv families'; have Caucasian actors

You know honestly it is hard to get into that business in general! Like these days, your ethnicity has nothing to do with it anymore. Now if you can act, you can act. But they just already have so many actors they aren't really searching for new ones at the moment.. Keep trying though, and never give up. You can do anything if you set your mind to it.
You have to really make good with white people and have a lot of connections. It's good that you're acting, but it's no doubt that the industry is all about connections.





When you hit 18, unfortunately, you have to sleep your way to the top and do a lot of sexual roles. If you look at most tv stars, even if they were big as teens, they do a lot of cheap sex roles.





To answer your question, you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning on a dry day. However, you're Asian and should take advantage of that. Learn your language and culture. Asian people are more likely to give you a chance. Many top Asian stars were raised in the US. We're not racist like Americans.
Just follow your dreams.... And NEVER give up!!!! You can do what ever you want :)
