I always liked her hair.
Any haircut suggestions for a teenage girl?
just trim it. then get side bangs to ur eyes (if you go any shorter it will look dumb) put some blonde hylights and curl your hair (the wet looking one) and keep your bangs straight.
Bosshair.com
Then when you are there, at the top it says boss hairstyles
you could also go to photobucket and type in haircuts or something along those lines.

I am helping children that have nothing for christmas and they are all girls. THey are around 12 and 13. So can you help me out?Whats good Christmas gifts for teenage girls?
arts and crafts, jounals, board games, books, we no longer like barbies, teddy bears, sweets, necklaces and such, I like science maybe a cheap telescope from target or something, my sister likes teddy bears but mostly video gamesWhats good Christmas gifts for teenage girls?
i agree on the charm bracelets cause they are cheep and they will remember you and keep it on there wrist for rememberance
girt cards
jewelry
earrings
make up
clothes
money
gift cards
gift cards, gift cards, gift cards...then after christmas take them out to go shopping ,something they don't get to do....*
a sweet smelling perfume
t-shirt or sweater w/ a cool logo on it (roxy, billabong)
journal
Think FUN but add the ';tional'; to it!!!
I liked the idea of cute clothes. However, to make them more 'exciting' add some inexpensive accessories like the idea of the cute jewelry and/or nice toiletries like the perfume.
I'm sure that they'll be glad to get whatever they can.
Thank you for your kindness to this needy kids.
It's too bad most of us only think about these things during this particular 'season'.
Cosmetics are good idea. What about books? What about vouchers for the movies or somewhere nice that they would like to go?
For one, that is super that you are doing that! That is really kind of you to consider other people during this season more than yourself.
Second, I would say maybe nail polish, lotion, perfume, maybe some chocolate. Even a disposible camera. Or a watch.
Happy Holidays!
Well, most girls like make-up, or jewery,or even clothes or a purse, maybe even a gift card
I guess buying them barbies would be a good idea lol :)
a silver charm bracelet - cheap and cute
Clothes, make-up, lotion, body wash sets.
go to (http://www.gifts.com/) and take the quiz in the lower left hand corner. The quiz asks about the personalites of the girls. It helped me.... hopefully it will help you.
well since I'm a teen get the kids a ipod or some music player for the holidays or even a cell phone if they don't have one all ready or even ask them or drop hints when you see a commercial if they say cool or I want that- pay attention to those kind of things.
Best of luck!!
That is soooo sweet of you. My niece loves her C.D player and her C.Ds she bought. What about gife cards, every girl loves the gift of shopping. Maybe not an Ipod cause they would need I tunes and batteries, how about vidoe game? What ever you give them, your still a hero to them. :-]skin eye make up

Any suggestions for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle costume?
My three friends and I are being TMNTs for Halloween. We were thinking about using circle sleds for our shells.. any suggestions?Any suggestions for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle costume?
I made my son a TMNT costume and I used felt. It's inexpensive. I made 2 circles of felt and sewed them together and then stuffed it so it would look like a shell. I drew shell designs with a black marker. Then I got another piece of felt in a brownish tan color and made the front so it just slipped over his head. I used a black marker on that to make the 6 pack abs. He wore a green sweat suit underneath, a headband and we made his face geen with make up.

Why does everyone think teenage pregnancy is a new thing?
I think its just more open..in the sense that more teenagers are keeping there baby instead of killing it. Before family's were very secretive and just got abortions...but now that teenagers are keeping there baby and being more responsible there getting looked down upon..is this right? Why does everyone think teenage pregnancy is a new thing?
I totally agree with you.
Why should we get looked down on because we're taking responsibility for our actions now?? (I'm 19.)
There are teenagers that take better care of their children than 30+ year old adults. Why does everyone think teenage pregnancy is a new thing?
Actually, that's not entirely true. There may have been teenage pregnancies but there weren't nearly as many and there were far fewer abortions before Roe V. Wade (even secret illegal abortions). After abortions became legal there was a huge jump in the number being performed. Since then there has been a gradual decline. You're right though that most teen pregnancies in the past were hidden or at least not openly talked about. People would send their daughter's ';away'; until the baby was born or they'd do a lot of shotgun weddings. Teenage pregnancy isn't new but it is definately a problem for society. It's a problem economically mostly.
It isn't a new thing, but thanks to the media and many more things thats the way life is now. Are you telling me you have never made a mistake? Teenagers are young and silly, No clue how their actions are going to effect others... resulting in teenage pregnancy. If a teenage mother does not feel capable of raising a child properly then I don't see why there is something wrong with having an abortion (If the mother does not want to adopt the child out), She is clearly doing the baby a favour. And I don't personally look down upon teenage mothers who have been responsible and are raising their children, But if i feel the child is being neglected, or anything else then of course it will be looked down upon.
What are you talking about? My grandmother had two kids by the time she was 16. My great-grandma was married at 14. And this wasn't that long ago. At one point teenage marriages/pregnancies were the norm. You were a spinster practically if you were in your twenties and childless.
Before it was because they were unmarried, not because they were pregnant that there was a stigma. And abortions weren't kept track of until after Roe Vs Wade. So there is no way to tell if more women in the past had abortions compared to women today, regardless of age.
Now teenagers who have children are looked down upon because all of them have so many more options then that. Everyone knows how a baby is made, whereas before the sexual revolution not many women did. They're taking their education and opportunities for granted.
I have to say that the media has glorified pregnancy. There are a slew of unwed young mothers in Hollywood who say ';I live for my baby.'; Teenagers see this and they think ';I want that too.';
Some teens also think that making a new family will get rid of all of the problems in their family. They think that if they get pregnant, their boyfriend is obligated to be there (which isn't the case).
But NINA M hit it on the nose. It's so easy for teens to get pregnant and then go on welfare and qualify for a free check every month, daycare and WIC. That's not taking responsibility. That's getting caught up in the hype and having innocent taxpayers pay for them and their baby's expenses.
BEING RESPONSIBLE IS NOT HAVING SEX UNTIL YOU'RE READY TO ACTUALLY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. BEING RESPONSIBLE IS TAKING A FEW DOLLARS OUT OF YOUR ALLOWANCE TO BUY CONDOMS!
I hate it when people look down upon teenage mothers (including myself) Maybe some have babies for money and stupid reasons but so do older women. Some teenage mothers look after their child(ren) better than their own mother looked after them or any 30yr old mother takes care of theirs. My daughter is well looked after, well dressed and fed, always uses her manners and has never been sick and she is almost 3. Here is a point I would like to make also to prove that older women are just so unfair. My daughter was born with a abnormality called Polydactyly (extra fingers or toes) in her case she had a normal thumb with 2 tips on her right hand. She had this operated on at 14 months of age and had to have a full cast on for 6 weeks. The number of 30-60 year old women coming up to me saying things like ';it only takes a second for disaster when u take your eyes of them'; and ';did she fall down the stairs'; was absolutely ridiculous. I would calmly explain that no she did not fall down the stairs she actually had an abnormality that was corrected but after 4 or so weeks of those comments putting her cast down to me being a bad teenage mother I wasn't so calm in answering as I think was understandable. I myself am with the father have been for 7yrs all up and have never received any type of welfare payments and also take better care of my girl than my mother took care of me.
I don't think they do think It is a new thing, If you think that years ago many people got married when they were still teenagers. It isn't a new thing, but it is on the increase.
I think the difference is that years ago people got married and with their families help they were expected to support themselves, on top of that it was more likely that sex would result in unwanted pregnancies, as there was not the contraception available today, nor the education available to teenagers today.
I am obviously not talking about those teenagers that have made the decision to start a family, in steady relationships, can support themselves etc etc. but it is just more of an issue today due to the burden on society for those that rely on the state to support and the fact that education is obviously not working to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
Edit:
To the poster who wrote about where benefits come from - Where else other than taxpayers do you think they come from?
The reason the teens keep the baby in most cases is because they get money, free houses etc thrown at them. The government makes it easier for them. ';Killing it'; is harsh. In the old days society used to frown upon single mums and these women were destitute, in many circumstances it would be better for the child if it wasnt born. Some mums were sent to stay with aunts or in homes until they had the babies which were then taken away from them and given up for adoption. How are teenagers being responsible? If they were being responsible they wouldnt get pregnant in the first place. Show me a teenager parent who isnt on benefits (unless they have incredibly rich parents) and I will eat my hat. Its us hard working taxpayers who are paying for these so called responsible teens.
me and my boyfriend are both 15 and expecting triplets were both excited and we steped up too the plate and took responsibility for our actions just because we chose to have unprotected sex doesn't mean that the baby should have to suffer abortions are wrong on so many leavels of you can't take care of a babythen dont have sex.! obviously there are more teens getting knocked up right now but that's cause we dont always think what were doing we think well everyone else is doing it so what the heck let's do it.... my best friend and my brother concived a baby she's only 14 and he's 16 no way are they responsible they both party like crazy drink smoke all that kinds stuff so they decided that instead of killing the poor baby put it up for adpotion..
yes this is so right, and i'm sorry to say that i don't see why age is telling us the capabilities we have, I know some people that are 30 who can do things a 15 year old can do and vice versa. And another point, taxpayers do not pay for benefits that all these teen parents are supposedly on so that person needs to get their facts straight and I would also like to say Im pretty sure no other teen parent has gotten a house thrown at them cuz i sure as hell didn't. I like how people group teen parents as people who aren't responsible its just that we make mistakes but its okay for older people to do the same things.....
Yeah I agree. It's definitely not a new thing. People are just more open %26amp; willing to talk about it these days.
And to Nina M. You are very wrong. It's not like teenagers go around having babies to get free money %26amp; benefits. My best friend is 17, her fiance is 19 %26amp; they have a 2 year old daughter together. They have their own apartment, both have jobs, %26amp; are not on any type of program or benefits %26amp; they're doing perfectly fine on their own.
Yes i totally agree with you but it is sad that we have lots of children bringing up children, although some do a bloody good job.
I'd say so. It's also people are more nieve though when they keep the baby.
grace.
I totally agree with you.

I'd say so. It's also people are more nieve though when they keep the baby.
grace.
Has there ever been a point in your life as a teenage that you felt totally bored?
My sisters 16 and she always mentions how disappointed she is because she expected highschool to be the best four years of her life and it turned out not to be. In myexperiencee high school was fun, so i don't really understand her point of view. She alsomentionedd how shes having a hard time findingsomeonee she likes(guy). She soo pretty so i don'tunderstandd whysomeonee wouldn't like her. Maybe it's because of her negativity.. How can i help her out?Has there ever been a point in your life as a teenage that you felt totally bored?
When I'm bored I play a computer game, read a book or magazine, do crossword puzzles or sudoku, listen to music, watch a movie, write in a journal or answer questions here on yahoo answers. Writing in a journal is an interesting thing to do, especially when you go back weeks or months or years later and read what you wrote. If she finds herself bored often she might consider volunteering. It will give her a new focus in her life, and it is a good feeling to help someone less fortunate. It can be a life changing experience.Has there ever been a point in your life as a teenage that you felt totally bored?
Yeah so pretty much everyone thinks like this. I'm 16 I think like that. lol. I'm just one of the few that kinda steps back and thinks about it. I think... That was a lot of thinking =P And anyway as for boys she can have whoever she wants if she is as pretty as you say just not in the way she wants. There's like 3 guys at every high school that don't want sex primarily =P
Only boring people get bored. If your creative and fun youll find something, and make it a game.
Well it can only be the best four years of your life if you let it be. It's not all going to be fun and games because, well - it's school. When you're 16 you are most likely a junior and school can really be stressful then with the college application process, getting prepared for college, and just realizing that you only have a good one or two years left at home until going out on your own. (of course that's easier for some than others). Maybe her negativity is from stress from one of those sources.
Sure the activities and just the actualization you're almost an adult, and being a teenager itself is just exciting. If she likes a guy, though, any at all tell her to take a risk and go for it. Sure, it may not happen but there is still a good chance it might. There's a lot of learning experiences that high school has to offer and one of them is taking the things you have there for granted, don't let her be one to regret not doing what she really wanted by staying in the background and not having the most fun she possibly could.
High school is definitely a great experience and your final years of spending time with those who you've practically grown up with so let her know that know that she's in her upperclassman years time is almost up so you can either keep looking down upon it, or just make the best of it.

How to make a teenage room more sophisticated?
Im 16 and i want my room to look more grown up but the thing is i don't have any money and my folks won't let me repaint my walls.
Help !How to make a teenage room more sophisticated?
It is pretty hard to do anything when you have no money at all. If it were $100 or less, then go to www.domestications.com and you can find some lovely things that are grown up and sophisticated. There is a lovely gray and black that is very sophisticatedin a bed in a bag - about $59 plus tax and shipping but you'd need drapes or to have white curtains. You can go to thrift stores and get thngs or you may have a friend go with you to cruise in nice part of town night before garbage day and find things others throw away that can be used. I have a neighbor who found new cabinets someone didn't like, and tables, etc. A little metal garden table and a couple of chairs will dress up a bedroom and ou can sand and paint the table for little money. I hope your walls are a neutral color like white or cream as those are sophisticated colors. You can get prints and frame them or put them up. You can sometimes find prints in Dollar stores or at flea markets or garage sales. You could use a desk in the bedroom for homework and also a makeup station. I found some swag sort of sheers for a window treatment - with little plastic beads on them and was able to drape them over a window and it hangs down a bit in a swag at the window and then lays down the sides like a jabot and they were very inepensive and look rather elegant. I think I may have gotten them from www..collections.com
Good luck to you. It is hard when you have no money and particularly if you can't paint the walls. I'd rather decorate the room than paint the walls a color, but have to have a bit of money. Collect cans or bottles or something for cash or save birthday money gifts. How to make a teenage room more sophisticated?
Hey Rowena,
Designing a teenage bedroom is not so easy, but you can help your teenage boy or girl to select the bedroom design according to their taste and needs. Would you trust a teenage babysitter to drive your children?
Maybe it's none of my business, but I know there's a growing number of families that allow teens to drive their kids to activities (ex: football practice). I feel this is unsafe.Would you trust a teenage babysitter to drive your children?
lol I just had a new baby. The other day I was just thinking of how scary it is that there are teen drivers on the same roads I drive on with my precious babies! Personally, I don't want them even driving NEAR a car with my kids in it.....let alone them driving my kids in their car! SCARY!!Would you trust a teenage babysitter to drive your children?
What about the teenagers that have kids? Should the 16 year old mother get someone else to drive? It honestly depends on the skill level and maturity of the driver. I babysat my neighbor's kids and took them places when I was 15 or 16. If you're safe, make sure everyone wears seatbelts, turn off the radio, pay attention, etc, then a 16 or 17 year old with some experience is just fine behind the wheel.
(I can feel the thumbs down on this one)
I think it really depends on the teenager...is it a family member who is really responsible, independent, mature for their age, definitely. Or is it just some kid from down the street, definitely not. Just as some adults are trustworthy, some teenagers are too. I think it is more of a situational answer.
NO way! never ever ever ever ever ever EVER!!!.... most of the accident on the road are from teenage drivers!
my kids are 2 and 1 and they still have never ridden in any of the family members cars! im THAT scared! i dont like the idea of if something happened i let it happen you know what i mean?skin eye make up

Explain how the anatomy or physiological factors of the body enhance teenage pregnancy?
i was curious if there are scientific explanation if there is something in our body that enhance adolescent to have sexual activity in the fact that there are more sex hormones duringg those age. please help me. thanks!Explain how the anatomy or physiological factors of the body enhance teenage pregnancy?
Well, there have been several studies on teen pregnancy.
Here, I will explain about caused teen pregnancy (aka a girl getting pregnant on purpose).
Most believe that (emotionally) the girl needs love. She feels lost, hopeless, and lonely. And (while she goes through her lonely teen life) her hormones kick in. She begins to mature (physically) and she develops a ';mothers instinct.';
Its ironic really. Right when the girl is at her lowest, her instincts kick in (because of her hormones). Most girls feel that a baby will give them unconditional love. They want to feel the baby kick, they want to give birth. They want to hold their OWN child (rather than a little cousin or sibling). And since teen pregnancy is such a controversial issue (and the girl knows this) she wants to get pregnant even MORE. Reason? She is lonely and sad. She wants to be controversial. She wants her families attention. She wants her friends attention. She actually WANTS people to look!
Hormones...ahh! We go from kissing to sex in an average of 3 years (first kiss at 11, have sex when your 14). Those are some horrible numbers, but they are true in many parts of the world. Including right here in Canada, and all over the USA.
Well, good luck. I hope you got the answer you were looking for :)

Conservatives, do you think the government should feed and shelter unmarried teenage dropout mothers?
If not, should Alaska kick Bristol out of the Governor's Mansion?Conservatives, do you think the government should feed and shelter unmarried teenage dropout mothers?
You almost tricked me with that one you slimy liberal.Conservatives, do you think the government should feed and shelter unmarried teenage dropout mothers?
HELL NO
and i know you're going to be like DOUBLE STANDARD
look, bristol palin was extremely irresponsible and should pay the consequences
but her mother has a right to be in that house
so it doesn't really matter. She has a right to live with her mother if her mother allows it. In this case it happens to be a gov't funded house.
The gov't isn't feeding and sheltering her so much as her mother is.
We already do. As for as Bristol, she has as many rights to live with her parents as you do. Besides Michelle has her mommy sponging off the coat tail of your President in the white house. Whats the difference, we need to throw out all BO family. Taxpayer money being used for BO and Michelle parties in the white house. Nancy Peloski uses taxpayer money in the millions using military aircraft to haul her nutty butt and family around the world.
Double Standards here, and time for U to move out of mommy and daddys basement.
Ron Paul returns money the government pays him. Others have as well... from both sides of the isle.
Now, I'm curious, are you basing this presumption on some solid evidence that the family has begun receiving added checks specifically for the teen's baby? Did she even apply? Was her mom forced into office or chosen by the people?
...
no. leave the government out of it. to strain any money through our government will leave you fifty cents on your dollar. why don't we leave it up to us to take care of our children. i love my country but it's government is out of control. Bristol's mom is needed very badly. next time just say you don't like conservatives. it shows a degree of pussyism on your part to vale it in attacking Mrs. Palin and her daughter.
Nope. I think the daddy's should get a job and take personal responsibility. Even Obama said that.
Update: And I think The Palin's Daughter and her boyfriend Levi are doing what every american family should do: Circle the wagons. No one in the ghetto is doing that now, are they?
Families should take care of teenagers and that's what this family is doing. Governors usually get to have their families in the mansions with them. Would you throw her out just because she is unmarried mother? Sounds a little coldblooded.
No. If she weren't so promiscuous this wouldn't be a problem.
I agree with ann coulter. Unwed mothers should be shot.
EDIT. Hey Brian... The taxpayers have already paid for Bristol Palin.... hence the large back tax bill from the state of Alaska... why spread lies???
Atleast I'm actually answering real questions. You need to get a life. :) That palin girl isn't a drop out. She's still in school I think. But, I am in favor of going back to shaming girls that get knocked up out of marriage.
Is the government sending her a welfare check every month, food stamps, and is the Governors Mansion public housing??
If so,,,, THEN YES!!
If not .... THEN why in the hell are you asking such a retarded question?
I'm a conservative, I think any under age children should be sheltered if they are homeless. As for the cheap shot at Palins daughter, is that all you libs know? insults to anyone? including minors?
Isn't that what we have been doing for years and years why is this a topic now. Please provide any documented TRUTH that the Palins are on any type of welfare services.
It will be covered in one of the 9000 earmarks your Messiah signed in private last night, Trying to convince himself he saw Bush in the reflection of his 40oz. and gave him thumbs up on the pork.
No they shouldn't good thing Bristol can come crying back to mommy.
Some people can get lucky but EVERYONE can find success if they go looking for it.
Who cares what they think.
They lost, they are irrelevant.
I think she will fare better than your typical teenage mom.
Your obsession requires Professional help.
Sure, lets have a cocktail party twice a week too! You pick up the tab okay.
Haha.
No and why should they? She lives with her mother and I doubt the taxpayers are feeding her.
They have their parents for that, so that answers both questions.
Sure, why not, We're paying for the son of one, he's staying at the white house.
I'd rather fund that than Obama's parties in the White House with Stevie Wonder. That's your president.
she should have not slept around and stayed in school, but if she really needs it I guess so
You guys are OBSESSED with this woman aren't you??
That doesn't seem healthy :)
I repeat, let's leave these two young people out of the mud slinging. I am a Democrat.
No we have charities for that
NO
You are so awesome! LOL
I'm sure repukes will justifiy her stay but I want her out if she uses our tax dollars.

Your opionion on a teenage girl getting snakebite piercings?
Im turning 16 soon and i want to get snakebite piercings. A lot of people think i will really suit it but im worried it wont and it will be difficult for me to get a job.
What do you think??
Thanks in advanceYour opionion on a teenage girl getting snakebite piercings?
Well, I think it's always great to go through with self expression; so if you want the snakebites, get them. However, it is smart of you to realize there are repercussions to having obvious body modification, such as certain piercings or prominent tattoos.
But, you could probably get a more discreet type of jewelry in your snakebites... rather than the sort that would attract a lot of attention. Of course, it's your choice though! So, you'll have to decide if you're prepared with any sort of difficulties that might arise when you're looking for a job because of your appearance.
You could always consider getting something else done.Your opionion on a teenage girl getting snakebite piercings?
If you don't like it then you can always take them out and if you didn't have them done then you'd always be wondering what it would of been like if you had of had them done. You can always try sticking some small labret balls in the places with a little bit of sellotape or glue and step back a bit and see what you think - its what I did to see what dimple piercings would look like.
When they've healed properly you can put labret retainers or balls in/on them which are plastic and clear and its what I used when I was at school and you can also do that in jobs, etc. or you can just take the balls off the tops and leave the labret in or take them out altogether temporarily.
Sorry - rambling now.
Hullo :) It all depends on what kind of job you want, but most of employers don't like piercings, tatoos etc.... so they might ask you to take them off or they'll just turn you down. And if you want to be a baby-sitter (or something like that) it might scare the parents away.
So think about what kind of job you want before you get it.
Take care :)
it could effect the recommendations on getting a job but i think it would look super cute. even if you do get them and work makes you take them out your allowed to have spacers in so they wont close up and as soon as you leave work just pop them back in :)
They're not very nice. If you're not totally scene, they make you look like a poser. Don't do something when you're 16 that could ruin the rest of your career. If you want a piercing that bad, get one that isn't always visable, like navel or ears.
if you're gonna get em make sure to wear the style, cause don't scene girls/ guys have snake bite piercings? it'll look weird if a beauty paget kind of girl had those piercings
I hate going to school and seeing them everywhere, they're gross. Sorry, most people just don't suit them :S.

Do poems work on teenage girls or is it kinds cheesy?
I write pretty good poetry when I try so I was wonder if I could ask a girl out through poetry. Like write a good poem on a nice card. DO girls In high school still think poems are romanic?Do poems work on teenage girls or is it kinds cheesy?
yeah i love poems and anyone who can write good meaning-full poems is a big inspiration to meDo poems work on teenage girls or is it kinds cheesy?
Yes high school girls are incredibly naive and will fall for it. It's not such a bad thing, they'll feel wanted when a guy puts in that much effort to let them know he really likes them. They'll probably be all like, ';aww...'; whereas if you read a piece of poetry to a woman in her 30's she'll think you're trying to get her in bed.
Depends on the girl, but I reckon there wouldnt be many that would NOT be blown away by a romantic poem.
It would only be cheesy to your guy mates ~ and you dont have to tell them now do you ;)
I write poetry to; but I think it's more effective when you can speak it as well or better than you can write it; so I've been working on my spoken word.
i love poems and im in high school lol :P
well my bf reads alot of poems most from shakespeares work though lol... romeo and juliet love sonet
well i think its romantic.. and not cheesy at al :)
go for it :D
Depends on the girl, but most girls do like that
I would think so, but I'm not really experience in stuff like that. But, I bet your mom would be a good judge of the poem.
not the momma
i love poems. they are in no way cheesy.
that would be soo cute.
it does work
i wish my boyfriend would write me poems :D

Omg.What words do you hear the most come out of a teenage mouth?
The semantic that teenagers usually use include that of a spectacular and rather distinctive vocabulary, one of such that usually requires a thorough cleansing of the mouth with a respective brand of soap.
OMG! Shut up! ';You're so stupid!'; ';That's retarded';, etc, etc
My parents used to get really upset when my bro'd say ';That's so gay.'; Which I think it makes sense for them to. I don't like that phrase.
Well...I say ';damn'; alot...I say ';whyyyy??'; when I am whining and they hate it, lol. oh and then there is the ';OMG!!?!'; lol.
I would have to say....
';LOL'; When speaking in an actual verbal, face to face conversation.
I can't stand it! ';lol';
i try not to curse in front of my parents, i think i say holy **** alot
words that p!ss my parents off . .

Does anyone know good teenage love books?
Does anyone know of any teenage romance books to read? I know about the Twillight series, and I would like to read something else.
I would really like an unrequited love story, but any good teenage romance will be good, too.
I love to read, and I'm a die heart romance person. So it would be really great if the plot was around that romance.
And I'm 16 year old female--if that helps or not.Does anyone know good teenage love books?

The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley has some romance in it. Lots.
A good one is The Raging Quiet by Sherryl Jordan. It involves a woman named Marnie getting married to an older man to save her family from poverty in the beginning. They move to a small town by the ocean and only three days after being married to her husband he dies. The town blames Marnie and some believe her to be a witch but she stays in the town and befriends the town's outcast, a deaf boy she calls Raven. They befriend one another, Marnie helps to teach him sign language, and they both fall in love. It's a beautiful and delightful read that will make you think about those who are your true friends and those you love, no matter what kind of person they are.

and if you haven't already read it, i suggest reading the sisterhood of the traveling pants series by ann brashares.
you should also definately read the book scribbler of dreams by Mary Pearson. i'm almost 15 and i read that book this year. i thought it was REALLY good! and, it's an easy read.
Hope I could help! (Oh, and by the way, i like the same kind of books. lol)
For a young adult/teen I recommend Meg Cabot's young adult books. She is the best author. Also best selling. She wrote tons of books including the Princess Diaries (Movies based on her books), Mediator (upcoming movie), 1-800-Missing (TV show based on her books), Jinx, Airhead and more. She has adult books too, so you can grow with her.

Is it ok for teenage boys to be naked around each other?
ok so I stayed at my friends house last week. when his parents left for the night his little brother and us started to watch some porn. so we all got completly naked and started to jack off together. was this wrong? Is it ok for teenage boys to be naked around each other?
Uhm...that's pretty nasty, I mean do you really need to go that low to jack off with your friends?
If you can manage to come on yahoo and expose your 'night' with the lads, you can manage to find some decent porn to watch on your own.
Errrrrgh. What is the world coming to?Is it ok for teenage boys to be naked around each other?
im really not being funny but when someone asks for help or advice why knock them down?? psyko, thats not wierd at all to be honest and its definately nor gay at all. being gay is being physically or sexually attracted to someone of the same sex. masturbating with friends in not a problem i do it to
Wrong isn't the right word. It might be better to say that it's a little disturbing and it may have some serious repercussions later in life when you begin developing a sense of sexuality. But you shouldn't worry, it's probably near normal.
WTF!!!! That is SUPER Wrong!! Thats how you become Perverted and damage you're purity....and not to mention EXTREMELY G.A.Y!!!!!.....If you want to be a child Molester and a Rapist then keep doing what you're doing
Absolutly you should not be exposing his little brother to porn. Second look at porn provitly and destroy all traces ya did look at it.
if its normal? sure why not?

Sounds like if you get a few more friends over you can get a real circle jerk going just take turns being in the middle.
LMFAOOOOOO LOLOLOLOLOLO LHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH OMG HAHAHAHAAHAHAHA THAT IS THE GAYEST THING EVER!!!! OMG. Im sorry for that. But yeah thats very very very gay.
you wont be the first group of teenage guys to do that %26amp; you wont be the last. its fine.
Why the hell would you jack off with your friends in the same room as you.... That's wrong and gross!
Even animals do not go that far. Granted Animals do not watch porn, but I doubt they jack off in a group.
Wtf do you think? A bunch of naked guys sitting in a room together....
on second thought, this is perfectly normal.
Its only gay if you think its gay.
That sounds pretty gay.
Where was the male babysitter ?
dude its been done before its only gay if you want it to be.
that is just plain weird

If Obama had a teenage pregnant daughter would he get the same response as Pallin?
Is america really racist deep down behind closed doors? Because on the net and here it seems a lot of republicans are bashing obama for his color and his religious beliefs even if hes christian...If Obama had a teenage pregnant daughter would he get the same response as Pallin?
I don't think so...I think it would be a way rougher and more cruel if it was his daughter...If Obama had a teenage pregnant daughter would he get the same response as Pallin?
America will always have it's racist side if they keep voting for these no-common sense republicans just because they don't want a qualified half black/half white person in office. Republicans say they are not racist but everytime Obama bash them about something they bring up the race factor. And everytime the Dems say something about Palin the Rep bring up the sexist factor. Come on people if she wants to be a pitbull (with lipstick) let her fight her battle like one. And for the original question, no Obama would not get the same response. All hell would break loose!!
I think the more appropriate question is ';If Obama had a teenage pregnant daughter and he was anti- choice and anti comprehensive sex education and pro creationism and he sacrificed his minor daugher's privacy by parading her and the alleged father of the child in front of the entire free world at a national political convention while his other daughter held his infant son who has Down Syndrome would he get the same response as Palin?';
The Republicans would have a field day. He would get it sooo much worse.
Everyone would kiss his ***.

How much would a teenage rock band get paid for a party/gig?
I have a band called 'Delirium' And were an English rock/punk/pop band. We are doing quite a few gigs but havn't charged yet (because its just a start) %26amp; i was wondering how much i would get paid?
We include:
Disco Lights
Ipod Setlist
Live music
%26amp; all the full works of a party
Any ideas?
thanksHow much would a teenage rock band get paid for a party/gig?
it's difficult for me to say in terms of pounds, because i'm from the US... but, i'd say due to just starting out, and the fact that your target audience would be young, you'd probably be able to get around 1/2 of what a professional (adult) local club/party band would get....
in my case, our band gets a *minimum* of $600 per show....and there are five of us, and there are costs, of course, so we only get to keep $100 of it a piece (but it's ';tax-free';! ; )....that's for 4 hours with breaks, btw....
however, we often are able to charge more - about *twice* that during peak summer dates....
when you start getting asked to be booked somewhat regularly, then you know it's time to jack the prices!
good luck. How much would a teenage rock band get paid for a party/gig?
Take your hint from the great American economists....
';Whatever the market will bear';.
Oooh, wait, maybe not such a great idea....
It's one thing to say you're a band playing a party, but it sounds like you do a bit more, so you're not really asking about being paid as a band, but being paid as entertainers. That's a little different.
shrug
Float the idea, see what people think. Start low, then grow as you become more in demand.
Saul
since its a teenage rock band thats bearly under way i would say that u shouldnt b charging at this point. just b happy that ur getting gigs and ur making a name 4 ur selfs.

Is a parking ticket count against me if i'm a teenage driver?
I';m 16 years old, living in california, with a provisional license. Today i accidentally parked in a handicap spot (i didn't see the design on the ground because there was no sign in front of the space). So i got a ticket for parking in a handicapped space. Does that ticket count against me? will it increase my insurance rates? Will i have to go to traffic school again or whatever? What do i do other than pay off the fine?Is a parking ticket count against me if i'm a teenage driver?
Parking tickets are assigned to the vehicle, not the driver. Your driving record will remain clear. Is a parking ticket count against me if i'm a teenage driver?
no the owner of the car , its a misdermeaner with a nice fine amount .you dont have to go to court ,if you wish to pay it you need to got to your local court house and pay it at the clerks counter. no it wont increase your insurance rates ,no traffic school. just a 250.00 to 500.$ fine
Parking tickets do not go in your DRIVER LICENSE record..but if you do not pay the ticket. Will prevent from registering your car for next year tags.
Just pay the ticket.
Would you allow your teenage daughter to wear a thong?
Where do these kids come up with this stuff?Would you allow your teenage daughter to wear a thong?
yes so i can become a grandmother very early....... muahahahahWould you allow your teenage daughter to wear a thong?
NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
There is no reason she should be concerened with panty lines or a lack there of,
there is no reason she should need to show off her THONG straps
There is NO REASON what so ever a young girl needs thongs to look sexy,
When she goes to the locker room for gym to change, that her Backside needs to be hanging out for everyone to see.
Just my Opinion
M
I've been wearing thongs sense I was 14...so eh yes. it's only a form of underwear
i was 14 when my mom first let me wear them. im 16 now and im still a virgin so for those of you who say thongs are for girls that want to have sex or get the boys your wrong. if i ever have a daughter i will let her wear one when i know she is mature enough to handle them
it depends on the age a teen 16 and up maybe can but under 16 NO
YES...now days if someone sees your knicker line you get laughed at....it's not how it used to be!
They're not using it in a sexual way, there using them so their panty line doesn't show. I needed one in the 5th grade because I needed to wear black dress pants. You guys are ignorant.
For all of you, your acting like its like smoking cigs or something. Its not a big deal its underwear so whats the difference between ones that cover your *** and dont thats about the difference they dont cover. my mom takes me shopping and buys them for me they dont have the lines and its not like if you wear a thong you show it off cause i dont maybe some of us think they are comfy and i do not seem to have any problems with them
No way but we all know you cant control a teenager for ever.
Absolutely NOT! When she turns 18, then she can buy what she wants.
yes!!!! its just underwear
I wear thongs so do half of my friends no big deal
You know I am different from alot of these answers you have I would let her decide thongs are to keep anyone from seeing your pantie lines that is all if I told my daughter no as teens are she may try something worse like no panties at all it is only under-ware.
i was 15 and my mom started letting me wear a thong and at like 13 she started letting me wear bikini style
i don't see anything wrong w/ it as long as they aren't ';showing them off'; i think they are more comfortable
very big no my doughter is only 4 months but i have a teenage sister and i would never allow her 2 wear a thong
they claim its 2 remove pantie lines -.- O.o but at that age they should be more worried about school than pantie lines.
No and I wouldn't let her wear low-rise jeans to show off her thongs and underwear either. That's inappropriate.
umm my mom doesnt really care because she knows I'm a smart girl and I KNOW I would never do anything $lutty [what people stereotype with girls wearing thongs] I've worn them since I was 12.
I would not allow her too I would not buy them for her but sometimes you just don't know if she gets an allowance or earns money other ways unless you are with her when she spends her money you don't know what she is buying. again personally I would not allow it and if I found any in my laundry they would go in the trash
Yea.. I mean, no one's gonna see it... haha
Def of teenager...
NOT A KID
Nor a fully grown up experienced adult... wont be that till mid twenties
A teenager is developing sexaully with sexaul feelings so yes I would let her.

then they can where what they like
No one should be looking at my teenage daughter's underwear anyway, so if it makes her happy!!
who the hell makes them? what kind of sick world do we live in?
I've worn them since I was 12, I dont see why its a big deal really...I mean its not like every teen girl wants to wear thongs just to show them off! I never wear low rise jeans and thong just to show it off....thats gross and slutty...
I would, only because it gets rid of the panty line, and it gives them a bad wegie so they eventually stop wearing them.
thong underwear sure I'd buy them for her she is the only one who would see them on her if she isn't the only one to see them on her I need ti have a long talk ,and rethink my parenting skills
Anyone would be stupid to wear one here, especially in winter. In winter, you need all the covering you can get. Next time some girl asks about it, we should ask why she wants lesbians to lust after her:) That should get them thinking.
no, but if she did I would not want to know about it.....
no unless she really wants to fit in that way
no
Yeh. I don't see the problem with them. If she wants to wear a thong, I think, when she becomes a teenager, she should be able to choose whatever underwear she wants. As long as she doesn't wear them stupidly, with mini skirt or showing over the top of trousers.
Why not let her? Not all girls are steriotypical, slags n sluts who wear thongs showing all the time. Sometimes it is genuinely because they are comfortable, and you can't see them under your trousers!
it all depends on what shes wearingskin eye make up

Places to visit in australia that would be fun for a teenage girl of 14?
my parents and i are going to australia. r there any good places to visit?Places to visit in australia that would be fun for a teenage girl of 14?
Gold Coast - plenty of theme parks, with Dreamworld prob the best.
In Sydney, do the Harbour Bridge Climb, Taronga Zoo (but get there on a ferry),
In Melb, go shopping, then head to Phillip Island. Penguins, Seals, Koalas, beaches etcPlaces to visit in australia that would be fun for a teenage girl of 14?
West Gold Coast
i know theres an underwater place
Cairnes - scuba diving, visiting rain forests, participating in Aborigines' games, dances, etc.
While there are lots of nice beaches and fun cities to go and explore, you can probably find that in your own country. Take a trip into the outback, go visit Alice Springs, Kakadu National park, Uluru (Ayres Rock) and get to see something you will not experience anywhere else in the world.
check here for more info: http://www.holidaysnt.com/
If you are coming to Queensland at any time of the year the Gold Coast/Brisbane/Sunshine Coast area would have more than enough for you to do.
At the Sunshine Coast is Australia Zoo (Steve Irwin - Croc Hunter) which is an awesome place and your parents will enjoy too. About $50 Aussie dollars which is good value. Also up there is Underwater world another animal place. Not sure of price but your parents would enjoy it too. Out of those two I prefer Aust Zoo but Underwater world is great too. At the Sunshine Coast there are heaps of great beaches and Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore is a great shopping mall. The Sunshine Coast is more reasonably priced than the Gold Coast. Maroochydore and Alexandra Headlands are my favourite areas.
Brisbane is pretty cool but is like any other city and I think Sydney and Melbourne would probably have better shopping although they are heaps dearer.
The Gold Coast is an Amusement Park lovers heaven. Dreamworld (heaps of great rides and some animal attractions) Seaworld (some rides and lots of animal shows), Movieworld (lots of rides and movie based shows) Wet and Wild (waterslide place) and Dreamworld Waterworld (more waterslides and that isn't its exact name but it is next to Dreamworld) are all great but expensive and it can be depressing going on rides by yourself if you are into them but your parents aren't. Gold Coast also has an Australian Outback Spectacular this horse stage show type thing near Movieworld which is worth seeing. You can get passes to several of the above that make it somewhat cheaper. Gold Coast also has lots of shopping and beaches. I love Surfer's Paradise if you want to be in the thick of it.
Other places in Queensland are Great Keppel Island if you want to enjoy the beach and a bit more relaxing. Fraser Island if you are into fishing and Four wheel driving.
Hope that helps. Enjoy your trip.
u know the beaches and stuff, but it's hard to tell, coz i don't know what u r into
ALL of australia is great to visit! and awesome to live! AUSTRALIA ROCKS!
i highly recommend the beaches (we've got tonnes of them).
sydney is the greatest city in the world.
we have heaps of gorgeous natural bush and rainforests and so on (minnamurra rainforest has a boardwalk for 1km through to a stunning waterfall, eastern aust. - new south wales), amazing animals (taronga zoo in sydney, the crocodile hunter's animal zoo in queensland).....
we have one of the seven wonders of the world - uluru - ayers rock(central australia);
awe - inspiring and world famous opal fields(central australia), and pearl diving areas (western australia)

Do you have any teenage vampire books you could recommend?
I've read Twilight(of course)
House of Night
Evernight
I'm about to read Blue Bloods
And I'm trying to find Dracula at the library
I'm reading these more of fascination of the variation between myths.Do you have any teenage vampire books you could recommend?
City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
-I truly thought that I was claimed to Edward cullen character but then I discovered Jace Wayland. Clary, Sixteen years old goes clubbing with her best friend, Simon, she sees a good-looking boy just kill another boy and realizes that she in the only person that can see them. She soon is thrown into the shadow hunter world and discovers that her life has been built on lies and is torn between love and family secrets.I honestly absolutely love these series, it鈥檚 engaging, the characters are hilarous and the twists are wicked!
Midnighters : The Secret Hour by scott westerfeld
Nobody is safe in the secret hour.
Strange things happen at midnight in the town of Bixby, Oklahoma.
Time freezes.
Nobody moves.
For one secret hour each night, the town belongs to the dark creatures that haunt the shadows. Only a small group of people know about the secret hour -- only they are free to move about the midnight time.
dark lover by j.r. ward ( The blackdagger brotherhood Series)
i just picked up this book randomly and have fallen for it, it's such an amazing book and it's different to all the other vampire books
';In the shadows of the night in Caldwell, New York, there's a deadly turf war going on between vampires and their slayers. There exists a secret band of brothers like no other-six vampire warriors, defenders of their race. Yet none of them relishes killing more than Wrath, the leader of The Black Dagger Brotherhood but fate brings beth into his life as he must usher the beautiful female into the world of the undead..';Do you have any teenage vampire books you could recommend?
I'm not a huge vampire story fan, but when I read Peeps and The Last Days by Scott Westerfeld, I became a partial vampire story fan. They are good books.
Vampire Academy is my favorite vampire series!
i liked twilight and loved house of night but vampire academy beats both of them!!
Night World by L. J Smith

How much should a teenage girl weigh?
I am a teenage girl and i am 5 foot 10 inches, some people say i am way to skinny and guys(and my brother) have said i and huge. i am so lost, how much should a teenage girl weigh? How much should a teenage girl weigh?
hey you are totally fine! perfect weight chill!
Your brother and guys are just being jerks like they often are!
Im 18 years old and 5'9'; and weight 120 pounds, but im at the very least 5 pounds underweight because i had anorexia and have been unable to gain back all the weight yet. which means you are absolutly fine...you shouldnt be less than 130 pounds.
Chill! Your fine...
(totally know what you mean about being 20 pounds heavier...my friend is like 85 pounds...i always feel fat when we talk about weight...but then again she is only 5'1';How much should a teenage girl weigh?
If you're 5'10'' (me too!), a healthy weight range would be anywhere from 130-175. More than that might be overweight, and less than that might be underweight.
omg duh! of course your brother says ur huge! every brother says that! it depends on you build... but your pretty tall so atleast 130ish ATLEAST
200

What are some good teenage movies about sex that teaches teenagers?
uh star wars. What are some good teenage movies about sex that teaches teenagers?
It depends on what you want the teenagers in question to learn. If you are looking for sexual education, such as learning how the reproductive system functions and the best ways to protect oneself from STDs and pregnancy, you will probably find that somewhere that specializes in school material.
If you want to teach teenagers to never have sex, just give them a Bible and save some money, that's all it really says anyway...
And if you are trying to help them increase their sexual desire, porn is always good for that. However, if you are over 18 and they're not, you'll be abusing them, so don't show them that. What are some good teenage movies about sex that teaches teenagers?
';Foxes'; or ';Little Darlings';.
Wait for it, Wait for it, Wait for it, there it is?
HUUUUUH?
Reading is fun.

Juno
American Pie. lol

Shes too young
Girl possitive

If your hair is long enough just put some styling gunk in it and make it look tousled like in the pic below.

I love Zac Efron's hair, it's gorgeous.

The girls would love it. ;D
scene hair (i alwayz get that n every one likes it)
If it's naturally curly, let it grow a bit longer then stick a headband in it. That's super cool, in my opinion.

Is it true that teenage females shouldn't get their tonsils removed?
I have heard that it is not a good idea for women, especially teenagers, to get their tonsils removed. Is this true? I am always getting throat infections, the white spots and everything, and am constantly missing classes as a result. Would getting my tonsils removed be a good idea?Is it true that teenage females shouldn't get their tonsils removed?
You should talk to your doctor, but there is NO reason why women--especially teenagers--shouldn't get their tonsils removed. Is it true that teenage females shouldn't get their tonsils removed?
Well, they generally don't take them out for no reason. Doctors aren't the sort of people who just go taking out tonsils willy nilly. If they do it, there is a specific reason. If it is better to take them out, then that's what they're gonna do.
It's not bad for you.
There is no truth to that. It doesn't matter what age or sex you are if the tonsils are infected enough to require removal.

Where, how or who should you blame the high-rise of teenage pregnancy?
Is it the parents, the teachers, the system or the teenager herself who are highly sexually active these generation and not enough sexual education....Please give me a straight forward answer, I need to know.Where, how or who should you blame the high-rise of teenage pregnancy?
I think it's a mixture of all of those. There definitely isn't enough Sex education in schools, and the classes aren't being taught by the right people and there not saying the right things. %26amp; then there are the girls who just think having a baby will be so much fun, and guarantee the dad to be with him forever.... It's the generation, I don't know what it's going to be like thirty years from now... Are they ages just going to drop lower and lower? It seems like kids are learning things now at such a younger age, and it's only going to get worse due to all the teenage pregnancies and the way these young girls the ones that aren't prepared plan on raising there babies. I'm scared to see what the future looks like.Where, how or who should you blame the high-rise of teenage pregnancy?
i think tht itz the girl who got pregnant fault. Unless she was forced 2 thn i would say it was the boys fault. And teacher and parents will keep tryin to educate their daughters into wearing protection and stuff like tht. But ultimately it is up 2 the teenage girl herself.

What is the ';typical teenage'; body posture?
I'm doing a design project (university) about posture and back pain. I don't have the time to do first hand research into all age groups, so I wondered if you the wonderful public at large could give me a hand; I'm looking for how your teenagers sit, stand and walk, do they slouch? Lean foreword? Look down? Do they carry heavy bags on one side of there body? Do they spend more time standing around, or sitting at desks, or crunched up on the floor playing xbox... you get the picture.
Cheers in advance! What is the ';typical teenage'; body posture?
TEEN agers usually stand up straight, walk fast . Many slump cause they grow too fast and also carry back packs or bags that are heavy Teens that grow fast get back ackes at times cause the back muscles are not very strong yet. Girls also get small back ackes cause the ovaries and reproductive organs are still developing. Walking ,exercising, swimming are very beneficial at this age to make the whole body stronger. A good diet is extremely inportant and so a good family atmosphere. Very good question

I want to start an organization that donates to specifically needy teenage parents, where do i start?
can someone please help me figure out how to start this? how wouldi go about it? what do i do? any information that you think might be helpful please send it my way.... thanks :]I want to start an organization that donates to specifically needy teenage parents, where do i start?
Try volunteering at a similar organization (maybe homeless people) and see how everything works. Once you know the ins and outs, you can start your own. It's hard working backwards without knowing what you're doing. I've known some people who wanted to open a store to actually work IN a similar store to get the idea.skin printer cartridge

What colors should a teenage room be painted?
Im getting a new room but I can't decide what color to paint it I'm thinking between a purple or blue but I can't decide on which shade What colors should a teenage room be painted?
Do you have any other furnishings to pick a color off of?
If you already have bedding, a rug, a chair, artwork, etc. Borrow a paint chart, or bring it or a swatch to the paint store.
Is your teenager a girl or boy? Purple is more geared for a girls room and blue for a boy.
Blues come in 100s of shades from cool aqua, to warmer gray-ish blues. Purple may be a little more limiting.
Its your choice, I'm not a huge purple fan (I live in Minnesota and have seen an overkill on purple because of Prince %26amp; the Vikings)What colors should a teenage room be painted?
when re-decorating home, bedroom or any other room, always try to choose colors according to feng shui. in this case you will activate powers of 5 elements (water, earth, metal, wood and fire) and support all your lucky ';areas'; - this will attract love, romance, wealth, money, prosperity, luck etc etc

If your new room is small, I would go with a lighter shade of purple or blue because dark colors make rooms seem smaller. If you have a pretty big sized room, you could probably get away with a darker shade. I just finished painting my room dark purple, black, and white stripes, so I know what your feeling.
My daughter is 13 and her room has 3 soft orange walls and 1 pink wall. It matches her sheets and stuff. The trim is called Black Fox and it makes the room look more grown-up instead of looking like a little kid's room.

How do I clean my room? Its as bad as a teenage boy's!! Whats the best way to get it clean and organized?
Take some gas and a match to it, then rise, like a phoenix from the ashes, free of all that clutter. Just hope the insurance pays...
No, seriously. The main problem tends to be that we get the feeling ';Oh, but I have to keep this, because so and so gave it to me, or I bought it on such and such a day when this and that happened. It's a cherished tresure, and I can't bear to part with it.';
Or ';Oh, but I should keep that, because I might use it for such and such some day.';
Or ';Oh, I could sell that for a lot of money...';
Get real. If it were cherished, you'd have a special shrine set up just for it, and you'd dust it every day, If you were going to use it, you'd have used it already, and if you could really sell it, then you would have sold it.
Put yourself in a bad mood a day or so before trash time, get a big box, or a bucket, and start grabbing things. Can you really sell it? Where, huh? Nowhere! Are you really going to use it? No, because you already never use it. Is it of any sentimental value? Oh, really? is that why you have it lying under a pile on the floor? I see, you cared about it so much that you'd been worried sick about finding it for ten years, and it's taken you that long to turn the room upside down to find it.
OK, can't sell it, don't use it, didn't care enough to find it before, so into the trash it goes. Don't be gentle. Don't worry about giving it away to save the starving test subject monkeys in afghanistan. Save yourself from all this crud. Save yourself from tripping on old shoes when you go to the bathroom at night. Save yourself some floor space to pace on. Save yourself some desk space to write on.
Be brutal, dump that crap like an ex-lover that lies and steals. Into the box, then into the trash can, then kick the crud to the curb.
WOO HOO! Look at all that free space you've got now! Hey, you can pace, you can write letters, you can find something to wear. Look, theres' even a radio over there in the corner!
You deserve to celebrate, so take a nice relaxing shower, go on out to watch some movies, eat out at a nice restaurant, and have a few drinks with your homies if that's how you get your groove on.
Don't come back until the trash truck has hauled it away... otherwise you might remeber how much you loved that stupid ratty stuffed kitten that's at the bottom of the trash can.
Having trouble getting motivated, go on out and rent the movie ';Labrynth,'; and watch the part with the bag lady a couple times. How do I clean my room? Its as bad as a teenage boy's!! Whats the best way to get it clean and organized?

throw or give away the tings u dun want and if you want to enjoy it well treat it as a form of exercise and be proud of yur new cleaner enviroment.if this can't motivate you to clean well i will say there re bedbugs and roaches in yur room....i clean my room if i got freaked out by roaches and they could end up sleeping with u so clean it is better for a girl to be clean.i suggest u put them in plastic boxes as it wont take up space and a way to put yur precious junk and reduce the use of plastic bags by the way plastic bags is a cosy place for roaches
Literaly take everything out. Clean the floors and walls and everything. Put only what you need back cleaning it as you go.
Make your bed as best as possible then grab all your dirty laundry and take it downstairs. Now start in one corner and pick up everything and put it on your bed. Now put it all away where it belongs. Now here's some CLEAN clothes you need to hang up and put away where it belongs.... Thought I was talking to my kids for a minute. =)
i dont know but if you want a boyfriend dont let it get that dirty//guys will look at that and run

I would help clean up my fictional child and find out what happened. How would YOU react if YOU were to find YOUR teenage child first thing in the morning covered in?
I was the teenager in this situation once when I was younger. Only not only was there puke all over everything, there was also inexplicable bowel movements. I had no recollection of anything that had happened, or how I even got in my room. I was sleeping on the floor with my blankets on me, and everything was covered in nastiness. My stepdad came in and saw this. He told my mom. They didn't even do anything - they were just shocked, and I was shocked too because I didn't remember doing any of that.
The fact is, kids are hitting the bottle in greater numbers these days, enough to cause the Surgeon General to issue a report last year warning parents about alcohol consumption among minors. According to the study, there are 11 million underage drinkers in the U.S., and 7.2 million of those teens and pre-teens are binge drinking. The reasons for the surge among teens and pre-teens in recent years are many: Kids are gravitating towards the newer, flavored hard liquors the alcohol industry is producing. And “They’re not sipping—they’re gulping it down like soda,” says Schaefer. “The kids I see tell me they drink every weekend, at least four times a month. And they get drunk each time.” He considers alcohol to be the number one risk for teens and pre-teens when it comes to substance abuse. The Surgeon General calls it “The drug of choice for teens in America.';
It doesn't found fictional to me. sounds like my teens years actually.. sadly.
My mom cleaned me up in the middle night, cleaned my mattress and moved me to another bed. I was so hung over in the morning. My mom said ';Thanks for calling me to come get you, last night.'; and my dad said ';I bet you'll never drink again..';
Oh, if it were MY child.. I would cry hysterically. Throw one of my psycho fits where i yell babble and deny it all to myself. Straighten myself up and clean the mess.. put my child to bed and ground them indefinitely.
i would stay calm.
teach him/her a lesson and have him/her clean up themselves, the bed, carpet whatever!
i wouldnt fus and would have them suffer the hangover, if they need food/water/painkillers to get over the hangover they have to get it.
i wouldnt give them a full blown lecture, but would tell them that there is a reason there is age limits on drinking and that they feel like that because their young bodys cant handle it and they havent found/dont know their limits.
if you give them a big whoha about not drinking it will become more tempthing for them, all kids try it and most do go way over their limits, but if you go too mad they wont listen and if you mollycoddle them too much they will know that next time you will look after them, so it doesnt matter!
honestly..i hope i never find that to be the situation..BUT (guess i am shouting here, lol) if htat were to happen....i would be thankful he was okay and didnt choke and die fromhis puke and didnt die of alcohol poisening.....THEN, i would make HIM clean it up...have him take a cold shower..then we would be having a serious talk about why and what possibly made him do that...and be very detailed on how that was such a bad decision to make...i would also discuss with him and want to know how he got home..and what a bad decision it was to drink and drive or get in a car with someone who was drinking and driving.....i would then find a just punishment...
lol, i have a teenager, and a preteen...(and 2 toddlers).
he'd be in a WORLD of hurt, he'd be doing yardwork all day, hangover and all.
He'd be grounded for good while, and i'd make him attend a class about substance abuse. it's not the end of the world...but he needs to know how serious that is. I don't want my 13 y/o abusing alcohol!! I don't think i'd be so hard on him if he was say...17 or 18, he'd still be in trouble tough.
I'd also want the name of the friend that brought him home (since he's only 13 and doesn't have a car or a licence yet.)
I'd be making a phone call to that child's parents to notify them of what happened, and see if their kid was also hung over.
I would feel that this is a parenting problem. Where was the parent when this teenager came home drunk in first place? I wouldn't blame the teen..i would blame the parent.
But I guess stuff happens...and I would sit down and have a long talk with him/her. This is a serious issue that would need to be discussed. I think a big problem most parents have is that they would get mad. And punish them. I don't think this is the answer. Talk it out ! Why do they feel the need to drink? Who were they with??
Talk talk talk....thats the best answer.
well uhm be glad he is ohk first
did yu know he was out tho? cuz if yu did then yu cant rlly get mad at him cuz Yu are the ONE who let HIM go out in the first place anyways
now if yu didnt know he was out then yeah he should be in some trouble
i would ground him for a lil since he was drinking underage and all
btt hey we all do it at one point
something yu just gotta get used 2
Let him/her lie in it. When they woke up they could clean it up themselves, wash the bedding, etc. Then, hopefully still with a hangover, I'd ask them what the hell they were thinking and then take the punishment from there. Maybe do what some do with cigarettes. Make them sit there and smoke a whole pack one after another. I'd think of something creative.
Um if this was true ummm.. ew covered in pukkkeee!!! yucky! Anyway he should have just layed on his sideee dduuhh.
But I would so ground him from parties for a while , unless he is to old for that. Haha I would embaress him by making him watch video of bad ppl drinking and how they end up.
I'd wake them up, make sure they were ';okay';, make them get UP, clean UP, shower, and then they could sit down and explain why they did something so ridiculous, and then enjoy having no life, due to being grounded for ___ amount of time.
Be damned glad that they hadn't succumbed to alcohol poisoning.
Then have little sympathy for the hangover from hell they are experiencing as they clean themselves and the room up.
(then give them 6000 units of B-12 and at least a quart of water)
I would like to say that my child would never do that....but I am not naive either. I would kick my child's butt, then make him/her clean up their own puke cause I ain't cleaning it up and then I would make them a great greasy breakfast!
I'm a teen.. lol
but if I were the teen I would feel extremely grossed out and I would feel... embarrassed I guess. But as a normal teen I would try to act like I didnt care, when deep down inside I feel like a dumbass :) lol
well. at least he wasnt driving and at least it was in my house. i would be pissed off but i wouldnt act like it was the end of the world. teens so stupid stuff, they experiment. no need to fly off the handle
I would make them get up, tell them to clean themselves up, tell them good luck with their hangover and they were grounded for __ amount of weeks/months. i would be too livid to say anything without screaming.
Capitals are percieved a shouting. Anyway I would totally ground him or her. But for starters I would teach them not to drink in the first place.
bye them a 12 pack and make them drink it ONE MORE TIME.should have learned the first time.
The real question is how would my police officer husband feel?
Id tell them to clean themselves up and learn not to drink so much
Knowing me, I'd say ';Is that a new cologne?';.
i would be disgusted and make him/her clean it up
